• Searching is not case sensitive.
• There are no wild cards.
• The search will look for anything that "contains" your entry.

  Example: When entering "mit" in the Author field, your results will include Smith and Mitchell and any other authors whose name (first or last) includes "mit."

• If you are looking for a specific title, use as many key words as you can.
• The catalog automatically searches for titles containing all of the search criteria.

  Example Search: Title field = Environmental Law ["AND" keywords].The search will return only titles that contain both "Environmental" AND "Law" in the title, subtitle, or subsubtitle.

• You can expand your search by selecting ["OR" keywords] from the toggle button to the right of the field.

  Example Search: Title field = Environmental Law ["OR" keywords]. The search will return all titles containing "Environmental" OR "Law" in the title, subtitle, or subsubtitle.
